The IP PBX solution for the Enterprise includes an Auto Attendant for directing inbound calls to the proper extension. The features include:

  • Company introduction and welcome menu
  • Dial by extension, if the extension is known
  • Perform directory lookup using the name to find and dial an extension
  • Zero Out to Receptionist
  • Time Out to Receptionist or Voice Mail

The IP PBX solution for the Enterprise supports all of the traditional methods of placing and receiving local, long distance, and international calls plus supports use of Internet Telephony Service Providers(ITSP) to reduce your costs.
