Innovational IP Solutions is searching for high energy individuals to fill open positions for Technical Support and Installation roles.

Requirements:

• Have an in depth knowledge of SIP
• Experienced with Linux - installing and configuring CentOS
• Hands on experience with SIPfoundry Open Source software, Nortel SCS, or other similar products
• Experience with configuring and supporting Polycom, AudioCodes, InGate, and SIP Trunking services a plus
• Ability to work in cooperation with and support non-technical sales executives.
• Experience in remote technical problem solving using IP monitoring and solution tools.
• Responsive, coherent customer facing communication skills
• Self starting and self managing
• Desire to work in a highly dynamic and growing environment
