Innovational IP Solutions is searching for high energy individuals to fill open positions for Technical Support and Installation roles.
Requirements:
- Have an in depth knowledge of SIP
- Experienced with Linux - installing and configuring CentOS
- Hands on experience with SIPfoundry Open Source software, Nortel SCS, or other similar products
- Experience with configuring and supporting Polycom, AudioCodes, InGate, and SIP Trunking services a plus
- Ability to work in cooperation with and support non-technical sales executives.
- Experience in remote technical problem solving using IP monitoring and solution tools.
- Responsive, coherent customer facing communication skills
- Self starting and self managing
- Desire to work in a highly dynamic and growing environment
