Using the Remote Assistance model, and reviewing logs and configuration files via remote access to the customer system, we are able to immediately respond to most customer issues. Resolution of the majority of reported problems historically are performed very quickly using this method. In many instances problems can be resolved within the first phone call to our Engineers.
