What makes our Installation Services Unique

Innovational IP Solutions understands that our customers are deploying our products as a means of updating their communications infrastructure in order to take advantage of Unified Communications capabilities.  

We also recognize that customers are using the adoption of Unified Communications as an opportunity to consolidate Voice Services Support into their existing Data Services delivery organization. 

Our installation process uniquely addresses this shift in responsibility through the use of an installation model based on application software installation techniques, not a traditional Telecom centric approach. We work with our customers to develop:

  • Solid requirements
  • Develop the appropriate station templates
  • Design and construct the dialing plan
  • Implement these on the hardware platforms, either using our "Remote Hands" support, or performing these tasks in our deployment lab on hardware that is then shipped to the customer location.
  • Customer resources install the hardware in the Data Center, provide remote access for our Engineers, and installation in completed remotely.

This technique reduces installation costs for the customer, acts as a training tool for customer technical support staff who will be responsible for maintaining the new system, and matches the installation and support model well understood by Data Center Managers and Technical staff.
